My son and I were coming in from a hunting trip and I accidentally booked the wrong night. The owner gave me the same rate and goddess in a room immediately. For $65 a night, the room is perfect. I will definitely be using this hotel again when I need a room in a pinch. The manager was great, the rooms are clean, and there's no bed bugs. I don't know what else you can ask for for this price. There are usb chargers everywhere, every room has a fridge, a microwave, and a big tv.

PLEASE READ! Ignore the negative reviews for one moment! I’ve been here over a week now. I have my own little routine including my morning breakfast when the manager talks to me and asks if everything is good. (And I know if I had a problem or needed anything, they would fix it ASAP!) It is an older hotel, as MANY of the hotels in Hot Springs area are so you have to expect them to be older and with that comes some outdated features and years of guests. This is actually the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in in the area for under $200 a night. PLUS - they are doing renovations daily! Here’s my take away - I haven’t had to get a new room key yet from putting it too close to my phone or cards... never has this happened to me before, I put my dirty linens/trash outside the door so they don’t have to come in everyday and I’m greeted by a smiling face with replacements DAILY, at which time they also ask if I need anything else and am happy with my room. The rate is an incredible deal and checking in was a breeze. The proximity to everything is perfect, you get to enjoy the silence and yet go 2 miles (5 mins) and you are in the bustling town atmosphere with endless possibilities for shopping and food. It is easy to find and there is always someone here to help you at any hour. The breakfast is cinnamon rolls, cereal, toast, and coffee, a great way to start your day and if you need a pancake fill, the infamous Pancake Shop is only 3 miles down the road in the Historic District. My only complaint on the hotel so far is that I want to live here instead of just staying a few weeks like I’m supposed to! Take it from a traveler of all 50 states + 3 countries, for the price, location, and availability, you aren’t going to find anything better!

Very nice staff. Been a regular for over 4 years and the water is always hot in room 235 and 236. Rooms aren't fancy but they are spacious and clean. But after seeing other peoples reviews. I must admit. I've been using the same room every time I come into Hot Springs. And I have never encountered other people during my stays. So all I can offer you is this. Room 235 and room 236 are just fine. I can assure you. Good luck.

It was a very nice experience, and the staff was awesome. I loved the vintage style the room gave off. The room was clean and the Jacuzzi tub was absolutely amazing. Me and my fiance are definitely going to come back.

Great, the only problem is that the kids keep playing at my door. Other than that, the rooms are big and clean. The pool looks great. I would recommend this place, and the prices are budget-friendly.
